Community Pastor Adele DeVoe is the Founder and President
of Soar to the Top Ministries, an organization dedicated to
renewing minds, nurturing self-worth, and developing
transformational leaders who positively impact their communities.
Between the ages of 12 and 17, Adele struggled with self-love and negative self-talk that deeply affected how she saw herself.
Instead of encouragement, her inner dialogue became discouraging and left her feeling unworthy. A turning point came when she remembered words spoken by her great grandmother, that God would teach her how to love herself. That truth became the foundation for personal healing, growth, and transformation.
Inspired by her own journey, Adele founded Soar to the Top Ministries
to help others transform their minds, embrace self-worth, and learn to see themselves through love, respect, and hope. Through programs focused on positive self-talk, literacy and imagination for children, and empowerment sessions for individuals and families, the ministry provides tools for lasting personal and community change.
Adele leads with compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment
to helping people grow from the inside out, so they can soar into who they were created to be.
Vice President Sharon Woodson serves as the
Vice President and Administrator of Soar to the Top Ministries,
providing essential leadership through organization,
communication, and compassionate outreach.
Having personally experienced struggles with identity,
self-worth, and a lack of encouragement, she understands the importance of being seen, valued, and supported. Her life was transformed through her faith journey, where she encountered the love of Christ and discovered her true identity and purpose.
In her role as Administrator, she oversees ministry
communications, distributes program information, and coordinates outreach efforts. She regularly connects with single mothers and elderly individuals to ensure they feel supported, informed, and cared for.
Through consistent communication and personal follow-up, she helps create a welcoming and responsive ministry environment.
Working closely with the President and Founder, she helps ensure that programs are delivered with excellence, compassion, and integrity. Her heart for service and attention to detail play a vital role in advancing the mission of Soar to the Top Ministries.
